Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Carrier & Rates

We ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination; we don't currently offer a free-shipping threshold.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated by USPS at checkout; please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@kare.skin.

Lost or Delayed Packages

KARE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
